**What you'll do**:

- Greeting customers and helping them find the right products for their cycling needs, based off your knowledge and experience
- Work as a team to maintain store sales goals
- Ability to assist customers with mountain bikes, full suspension, comfort, road, gravel, e-bikes, and hybrid bikes
- Knowledgeable on accessory offerings such as clothing, shoes, helmets, etc.
- Maintain store cleanliness throughout the day
- Continuous education watching Trek University videos, S-TECH videos, and other related teachings
- Processing online orders for in-store pick-up
- Restocking and merchandising inventory

**What you've done**
- **Education Level**: High School Diploma or equivalent
- **Prior Experience**: MUST have one year of customer service experience. Previous experience in a sporting goods store or a bike store is an asset.
- **Specific skills**: Previous cash handling experience is required.
- **Personal characteristics**: Must have a willingness to learn and want to try new cycling products.
- **Physical abilities**: Can lift boxes or items around 30 pounds and is comfortable working on ladders.
