As the Production Supervisor at our Wallaceburg plant, reporting directly to the Production or Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective team management, operational efficiency, and quality control.

**What You Will Do**:

- **Workplace Organization and Safety**: Maintain a clean and organized facility. Uphold all safety protocols and conduct regular safety training and audits.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee production processes to ensure timely execution and quality compliance. Analyze production data for improvement.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Manage a team of manufacturing technicians and operators. Facilitate team meetings and performance discussions.
- **Continuous Improvement and Project Management**: Champion initiatives aimed at process optimization, waste reduction, and cost efficiency. Drive projects to improve KPIs.

**Who You Are**:

- An experienced professional with 3-5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- Skilled in managing production processes and driving continuous improvement.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
