Greet all incoming clients/personnel in a positive and respectful manner;
- Receive and direct all visitors/clients to the appropriate personnel or department;
- Have knowledge in what each personnel/program is responsible for to ensure calls/clients are directed to the appropriate person;
- Have knowledge of the organizations protocols in place relating to internal and external operations to be able to answer inquiries accordingly;
- Answer telephone, screen phone calls, and direct them accordingly;
- Provide support to Management staff as needed;
- Type correspondence, signage, and reports as required;
- Maintain daily attendance records for staff;
- Ensure the delivery of outgoing mail daily;
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies on hand, and prepare orders to be submitted to the Office Manager for purchasing;
- Ensure Reception area is clean and sanitized at all times
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $13.50-$15.00 per hour
