Fusion Homes is searching for an exceptionally talented and driven **Chief of Staff** to work directly with our CEO and the Strategic Leadership Team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO in all aspects of his day-to-day activities
- Lead a team of executive administrators and staff within the Office of the CEO
- Support the CEO as a strategic and critical thought partner and trusted advisor
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

**About You**:

- A genuine alignment with our corporate vision and values
- 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant role or equivalent
- ** 3+ years in a people leadership role with exceptional management skills is required**:

- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven track record of effectively liaising with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
- Highly resourceful and a natural problem solver
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

**Please Note**: This individual will be required to work out of our Guelph and Toronto offices, based on the schedule of the CEO.
