**About the Role**:

- ** Position Type**: Part-time
- ** Location**: Shelbourne
- ** Availability**: Monday and Thursday

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support our pharmacists with day-to-day pharmacy activities.

Your work, from dispensing prescriptions to providing outstanding customer service, will directly contribute to the high-quality care we provide to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with prescription drop-offs and pickups.
- Accurately input prescription information into our Kroll system.
- Create and maintain client profiles for comprehensive care.
- Support pharmacists in dispensing and labelling prescriptions.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.

**Requirements for the Position**:

- Availability to work **Monday**and **Thursday**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ethical and professional standards.
