Charity Success Specialist

CanadaHelps is seeking an energetic and self-motivated** Charity Success Specialist **ready to grow themselves and the CanadaHelps partner community through their daily efforts and client-first mindset.

Reporting to the Director of Charity Success, you will be a member of the Charity Success team at CanadaHelps. Every day you will be doing your best to support CanadaHelps partner charities’ transition and onboarding to our new Donor Management System (DMS) product. At the end of their onboarding journey with you, organizations will be fully engaged in the product and able to use the tool to its fullest extent in relation to their unique needs and goals. The charitable sector is in a period of rapid digital transformation and you will play your part in making sure charities have the technology, education, and resources in order to succeed online.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that upon completion of onboarding, charities are happy and fully engaged in the product and able to use the tool to its fullest extent in relation to their unique needs and goals.
- Listening, asking questions, understanding, and supporting charities where they are at in their transition to the CanadaHelps DMS and in upping their fundraising game.
- Communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Consistently going over and above in providing prompt, professional, and kind service to charity partners.
- Moving charities efficiently and fully through the three stages of the DMS onboarding process.
- Taking the initiative to determine the best course of action for the individual needs of different charities and personas.
- Critically evaluating all processes and methods used in facilitating the success of our onboarding program and our charity partners and identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and excellence of the Charity Success team through constant engagement, questioning, and ideation.
- Elicit and collect feedback from charity partners on CanadaHelps products and services, always looking for ways we can innovate and improve.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of CanadaHelps products and services.
- Keeping all records of activity logged in CRM - if it isn’t logged, it didn’t happen.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Passion for impact, and a hunger to learn and contribute;
- 1-2 years of customer support/ success experience, preferably B2B
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Teamwork;
- Leadership skills;
- Adept with Technology
