Ffe List Analyst, Ft

As a team member of the of the Niagara Health Redevelopment Office and an integral part of the overall Project Team, the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) List Analyst will provide support to the FFE Team for the South Niagara Capital Project.
AUTHORITY/DECISION MAKING
The FFE List Analyst, reporting to the Director, FEE, & Interiors will work collaboratively with Chief Planning Officer, Project Managers, Sr. Procurement Coordinators, Procurement and Financial Analysts. Will also need to closely collaborate with Project Co, Vendors and project consultants. The day-to-day work responsibilities of this position are self-guided to ensure the FFE Inventory and FFE List are accurate and current at all times.
- General Responsibilities:

- Responsible for data management on the FFE list, including but not limited to:

- Item description/nomenclature, vendor, manufacturer, size, quantity, power/date/mechanical requirements (as required), delivery location (site, floor, room), asset tag number, warranty
- Coordinate with project team and Project Co to ensure accurate equipment information/status with regards to transfers, new, replacement and decommissioning
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert, of the FFE tracking of new, decommissioned and transferred equipment for FFE Inventory
- Coordinate with FFE team to identify recommendations for transfer items
- Accountable for the administration of the FFE List and communication to all stakeholders
- Liaise with Finance for budget compliance of all equipment purchases
- Liaise with Procurement and Biomedical Engineering to ensure industry standard nomenclature is followed throughout the whole FFE process
- Prepare reporting tools to track cost of ownership and any after warranty service considerations for senior team review
- Support and coordinate with move team to ensure transfer items are clearly identified
- Support move activities as required
- Support procurement activities as required
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Hospital Project experience an asset
- Experience in working effectively within diverse teams of project consultants, specialists and user groups
- Able to work in a fast paced, results and schedule driven team environment
- Experience in finding positive solutions to complex issues and problems with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated solid analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diversified workload with often rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines
- Proficient in Excel
- Well versed with MS Project, SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a clinical hospital setting is an asset
- Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
