*Job Overview:*

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Marketing Representative to join TaskOpus. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy interacting with people, and have a knack for marketing. As a Marketing Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting TaskOpus’ services, distributing promotional materials, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance our marketing campaigns.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct in-person marketing and promotional activities to boost awareness of TaskOpus’ services.
- Engage with potential customers face-to-face at various locations, including residential neighborhoods and commercial spaces.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials to drive brand recognition and service uptake.
- Assist in planning and executing outdoor marketing events and promotions.
- Gather feedback from the field to help refine our marketing strategies.
- Provide creative suggestions for new outdoor marketing ideas to increase sales and client engagement.
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of TaskOpus at all times.

*Qualifications:*
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about marketing with an outgoing and energetic personality.
- Ability to connect with diverse audiences and build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the designated area.

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
