Junior Carpenter

**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing formwork and concrete company in Halifax, working on **high-rise, commercial, and residential projects** across Nova Scotia. With upcoming projects, we are looking for motivated **junior carpenters and labourers** who are eager to learn and grow within the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist formwork carpenters in assembling and dismantling Peri and Doka systems
- Carry, measure, and cut materials for walls, slabs, and columns
- Support in pouring and finishing concrete as required
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and efficient
- Follow directions from supervisors and senior carpenters

**Requirements**:

- Construction or carpentry experience (asset but not required - training provided)
- Willingness to learn **Peri and Doka systems**:

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation (preferred)
- Safety certifications (Fall Arrest, WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset
