Carling Motors is currently looking for a Full Time Business Development Centre Representative to join our Dealership.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Market Research
- Conduct surveys over the telephone
- Scheduling appointments
- Survey administration
- Documentation accuracy and control.
- Office administration.
- Must have a very strong Character/will power and desire to succeed.
- A highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, who is motivated by high earning potential, is detail-oriented, customer focused, creative, enjoys selling and developing new business over the phone.
- Must be team & goal oriented.
- Must be positive and enthusiastic.
- Must demonstrates the desire to meet and exceed team sales goals.
- Automotive experience is an asset.
