**Salary**: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

**Education**: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent experience.

**What is the opportunity?**

To join our team as a Shipper. You will be responsible for handling all paperwork and labeling for all shipments out of our CDN warehouse, including courier shipments, LTL shipments, and cross border documents. Our shipper is a key element of our business.

**What will you do?**
- Determine the best method for shipping an order to ensure best rates on shipments
- Learn the various carriers and transportation used by Z-Lite and gain knowledge in how to efficiently ship with each of these carriers
- Build and maintain exceptional rapport with carriers and customers
- Handle customer shipping issues by providing best resolutions in a timely manner
- Investigate carrier issues
- Label boxes and skids in the warehouse
- Spend large quantities of time standing, walking and sitting
- Process 500+ shipments in a day
- Running and editing reports

- Exceptional communication skills including writing skills with attention to detail and grammar
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
- Impeccable telephone mannerisms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to learn new programs
- High proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Display a high degree of integrity and patience
- Willingness to take ownership of success and failures
- The ability to accept feedback and grow from it
- Think creatively and out of the box to solve complex issues
- Ability to organize simultaneous tasks, and always maintain a level of confidence
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with composure

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
