We're excited to add another Comox Valley-based team member to our busy customer support team, so if you want to get started in the cycling industry, this is the opportunity for you

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Process warranty and service requests.
- Learn about our brand partners and make informed product recommendations
- Other duties as required

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Passionate & knowledgeable about cycling.
- Able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and through various forms of digital communication
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-directed and able to stay on task when working on your own
- One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
