We offer various staffing services across the GTA, including skilled and unskilled positions for warehouse, food manufacturing, construction parts, auto parts, etc. **Job location**: Etobicoke, Ontario **Shift**: Day Shift - Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm; Occasional Saturday work may be required. OT paid after 44h a week. MAIN DUTIES: Compliance Officer performs some or all of the following duties: - Enter data on Excel spreadsheets to maintain accurate inventory count of products - Organizes inputs/releases/transfers of products to/from company’s off-site freezer accounts through Citrix software - Verifies the status of import/export loads - checks online status of loads entering the facility Verifies that all loads have appropriate paperwork, as per CFIA regulations - Produces various reports (production reports, inventory count reports) - Works with order pickers to ensure that products picked have appropriate labels Generates labels for products based on daily work orders - Liaise with QA with respect to other compliance issues - Assist in developing procedural material and training/supervising new staff members and/or support staff as needed/required. - Assist in other duties as needed and directed. - Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of records as they relate to the organization and its vendors - Organize files and keep records as per company policy EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: - Good communication skills; fluency in English - Excellent interpersonal skills - Analytical and problem solving skills - Time-Management skills - Ability to work in a cold (< 10 degree) and wet plant environment - Ability to bend, lift and reach **Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour **Benefits**: - On-site parking Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Are you currently in Canada? - Are you able to work in cold (below 10 degree), noisy and wet environment as this role is required to go in production plant?
