**The Role**:
As the **Warehouse Operator** you will be highly organized and able to comprehend complex operations. You **must possess a valid forklift license** with at least 1 solid year of experience driving Counterbalance. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Operator duties will include, but are not limited to:

- **Lead **a safety-first and continuous improvement culture.
- Always practice **safe operation** of forklift vehicles and other mechanical devices with respect to the movement of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging in a safe and efficient manner.
- **Ship and receive materials** and finished goods in accordance with all safety and quality standards.
- Ensure **FIFO **procedure is followed.
- Store goods in the warehouse in accordance with specified standards.
- Perform **inventory cycle counts** on a regular basis.
- **Pick orders** for shipping, and **load/offload** goods from transport vehicles.
- Ensure **orders are processed** and appropriate handling of paperwork for all receiving, shipping, and storage functions is completed and distributed accordingly.
- **Communicate **with Operations team to ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and timely, all while managing space constraints.
- Update and manage inventory through **SAP**.
- All other duties as assigned by the Company.

**Qualifications**:

- Preference will be given to those with **experience working in a food** processing facility.
- **Minimum 1+ years** forklift driving experience (Counterbalance).
- **HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL REQUIRED.**:

- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- **“Can do” attitude** with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, as well as knowledge of SAP inventory management system.
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
- Understanding of GMP, BRC, HACCP, and food safety standards and regulations.

**Physical Demands**:

- Capable to lift, move, and carry items **up to 25 kg**.
- Bakery environment which involves exposure to warmer than and cooler optimal room temperatures; work occasionally in a **cold environment (storage freezer area)**.
- Able to wear all safety or protective equipment as required by the Company.
