**The Role**:
We are looking to add **one Set-Up Technician each to our all three shifts (Days, Afternoons and Midnights)**.

As a Set-Up Technician, you will be responsible for performing mold changeovers and machine set ups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Start up and shut down machines.
- Install new tools and establish process parameters and measures critical characteristics for part conformance. Set up robotics.
- Maintain accurate records of tests and results.
- Install approved tools in machines and run test samples for internal and external submissions.
- Supply Quality with test samples and data from new tools.
- Maintain accurate start up and test records.
- Set monitors and set and program dryers.
- Troubleshoot in process and quality problems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High level of knowledge with regard to Plastic Moulding equipment, moulds and materials.
- Previous mechanical experience, and/ or related schooling.
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to prioritize daily workload
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attendance

**The Shift**:

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Straight shift, no rotation
- Day shift (6:55am
- 3:15pm
- Monday
- Friday)
- Afternoon shift (2:55pm-11:15pm
- Monday-Friday)
- Midnight shift (10:55pm-7:15am
- Sunday-Thursday)

**Wage**:

- **Wage will be dependent on experience and skill level**:
