We prefer a fish cutter with experience to accelerate the process. Furthermore, we are hiring a helper, which has the responsibility to take off the bones and package the boxes.
People with experience will be strongly prioritized.
The skills required:
Everything that comes with cutting, including taking off the skin, bones and trimming the fat as well as scraping and other things.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- meat cutting: 1 year (preferred)
