Veterinary Receptionist

Eagle Ridge Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, compassionate **Client Service Representative (CSR)** to join our close-knit, supportive team. Our CSRs are the welcoming face of our hospital and play a big role in helping pets and their people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet clients and pets with kindness, warmth, and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and the medical team
- Support Fear Free, patient-focused care
- Handle invoicing, client records, and daily administrative tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital

- A people-person with strong customer service and communication skills

- A team player who enjoys supporting others
- Veterinary or medical reception experience is a bonus (we’re happy to train the right person)

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
