**Full Job Description**:
At Mindbody Wellness Centre, we also call our Front Desk Receptionists, Wellness Advisors as the role is more than administrative tasks. You’re part of the client’s journey to feeling better and wellness. You are the matchmaker between client to treatment, first by understanding the needs of the client, then educating them the difference between modalities and connecting them to therapy. Patients are often hesitant to different physical modalities and counselling as they do not know what to expect. It is part of our responsibility to meet the clients where they’re at and ensure they are comfortable with their first step. **Qualifications and Desired Skills**:

- At least 1 year of Front Desk or Administrative experience is a must
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask, exhibit a positive attitude and work collaboratively with both patients and other team members
- Independent, self starter and exhibits initiative on tasks
- Ability to think quickly on their feet and can easily adapt to situations

**What we offer**:

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evenings
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L6E 0S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (required)
