_**Sally Creek Lifestyle Homes Inc. is pleased to seek a position for "Interior Design Consultant" for their newly launched "Adult Lifestyle" residential housing development known as "Garden Ridge" Bungalow Towns and luxury executive homes "Masters Edge" in the heart of Woodstock, Ontario.**_ **Length of Contract**:TBD **Responsibilities & Duties**: - Set up initial meeting for color selections with Purchaser. Contact with Purchaser for meeting must be done within 3 weeks of Builder notification to IDC that Purchaser has met all conditions within their Agreement of Purchase & Sale. - Meet with Purchaser at Builders Selection Showroom or Model Home Presentation Center (whichever is available) and go over selection items and potential upgrades related to: _Ceramic Floor Tile, Ceramic Wall Tile, Hardwood Flooring, Kitchen & Bath Cabinets, Kitchen & Bath Countertops, Trim, Baseboard, & Interior Doors, Stairs & Interior Railings, Painting & Staining, Plumbing Fixtures, Pre-planned Options as Determined by Builder and Created for Specific Communities_ - Fill out Customer Selections Data Sheets (Excel Spreadsheet) with Purchaser Selections and Upgrades. Training will be provided by Builder or Builder Staff Representative. - Completed Selection Data Sheets to be submitted to Builders Office for approval. Once approved and signed-off by both Builder & Purchaser - IDC is to circulate Selection Data Sheets to Trades & Suppliers, designated by Builder, to ensure all product selected from Selection Data Sheets are installed in Purchaser Home. This is a joint effort between IDC and Site Project Manager. - Maintain Product Selections within Show Area. - Communicate with Trades & Suppliers ensuring Product Availabilty and removing samples that may be discontinued. **Experience**: - Design Consulting Courses Preferred - Excel Spreadsheet Functions **Compensation**: Contract per House Basis - **$500 plus HST**. Must have Own Transportation. Saturdays: 11:00AM to 5:00PM Sundays: 11:00AM to 5:00PM Mondays: 1:00PM to 6:00PM Tuesdays: 1:00PM to 6:00PM Wednesdays: 1:00PM to 6:00PM All other times by appointment. **Job Type**: Fixed term contract Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Woodstock, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Customer service: 3 years (required) - interior design: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
