Truck Yard: Brookswood/ Langley

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to and from specified destinations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Load and unload cargo using forklift or other appropriate equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the truck to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs and inspection reports

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- English Speaking and ability to communicate proficiently
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record

**Skills**:

- Proficient in commercial driving techniques and safety protocols
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with fellow drivers, site foreman and dispatch
- Ability to navigate to jobsites
- Daily truck upkeep, ie) clean truck, grease, wash etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
