**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Coordinator, the Maintenance Receiver will be responsible for the receiving of parts on a daily basis, keeping records and entering information into Inventory Control Systems.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the receiving and storage of goods;
- Ensure accurate data entry using Inventory Control Systems;
- Conduct physical inventory counts as well as parts selection;
- Responsible for tagging items in inventory;
- Responsible for the proper handling of delicate components;
- Accountable for shipping various goods via courier
- Ensure that all goods are shipped adhering to the dangerous goods shipping and handling procedures;
- Maintain constant communication within the department;
- Responsible for restocking certain items;
- Perform other duties as assigned

**PHY**SICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to walk short distances (office setting)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time (up to 2 hours at a time)
- Must be able to stand for up to 10-15 minutes at a time

**EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma completed
- Minimum two (2) years working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience within a warehouse environment receiving, packing, picking and shipping
