**Roofing Superintendent**

Location: Surrey Office - 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5

**Job Type**: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

**Salary**: 80,000 - $110,000 (Based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday

Reports To: Roofing Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Roofing Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of roofing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the roofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Supervise and manage roofing crews on-site to ensure efficient project completion
- Act as a liaison with general contractors, architects, engineers, and inspection agencies
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and scheduling requirements
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project timelines
- Work closely with office teams, coordinators, and purchasers to streamline operations
- Oversee shop and field operations, including supervising a driver, foremen, and up to 30 employees
- Ensure adherence to RCABC roofing detailing standards
- Adapt to changing project demands and provide solutions in real-time

**What You Bring to the Team**
- 5-10 years of roofing experience in a leadership role, such as a foreman or superintendent
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and building envelope standards
- RCABC background with a solid understanding of apprenticeship programs
- Red Seal Journeyman certification is required
- Ability to read, interpret, and enforce construction specifications and safety standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
