Dental Receptionist

**Job Duties**:
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where patients feel welcome
- Relationship building with patients
- Day to day operations of the office, answering the phone, checking and responding to messages & scheduling appointments
- Communicating with insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments
- Performing general office duties: answering phones, photocopying, filing, and faxing
- Billing and Payment processing
- Day End Reports
