**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct scheduled patrols of assigned areas, including interior and exterior property.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, documenting and reporting as necessary.
- Enforce site rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
- Assist in the investigation of suspicious activities and provide detailed reports.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation as required.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV and access control systems.
- Liaise with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, tenants, and visitors.
- Perform lock/unlock duties and assist with site opening/closing procedures as needed.

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.
- OFA1 certified.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
