**Job Title**: Registered Pharmacy Technician - Flexible Opportunities (Vancouver or Surrey)

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a flexible employer with multiple pharmacies in Vancouver and Surrey, we can accommodate your needs and availability, allowing you to work in the location that suits you best.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Prepare prescriptions by counting, pouring, and labeling medications
- Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs
- Process and prioritize prescription orders in a timely manner
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards
- Contribute to inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and organizing medications and supplies
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate patient records and prescription histories
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in continuous professional development activities

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Pharmacy Technician certification from an accredited program
- Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosage forms, and their therapeutic uses
- Experience is not required but is an asset
- Proficient in pharmacy software systems and technology
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in various locations within Vancouver or Surrey based on your preferences and availability
