**SAP S/4HANA - Acquire to Retire (Plant Maintenance - PM) Manager or Director**

**Montreal, Canada**
- Must have a track record of accomplishments demonstrating value to clients and/or employers
- Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Proven track record of leading and/or supporting BluePrint / Design client workshops
- Must be able to engage with client in process centric discussions around PM functionality.
- Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP issues involving collaboration with the client, developers while planning and executing to approved timelimes/milestones.
- Must be able to deep dive into existing SAP configuration and have a proven analytical / problem solving skills to address complex business requirements / issues
- Familiarity with Supply Chain business models. Industry experience in Manufacturing Planning, Execution and /or Quality Management roles is a plus
- Ability to plan and estimate timelines for specific tasks assigned
- **MUST have Aerospace and Defense industry**
- **MUST be fluent in French**
- **MUST be onsite weekly - Monday thru Thursday**
- **100% travel for non local employees**
- **Travel and expenses paid.**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, audiovisual (PPT) and written skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player and self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively both internally and externally.

**Salary**: $145,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SAP PM: 10 years (preferred)
- SAP S/4HANA: 10 years (preferred)
- Aerospace & Defense: 8 years (preferred)
