The Multi-Service Centre (MSC) is a non-profit organization serving the tri-counties area of Oxford, Elgin and Norfolk and focusing on delivering essential services to our community. Staff and management provide high quality, client driven care programs including Adult Literacy & Essential Skills, Employment Programs and Home Support services

As a Program & Services Planner you will be part of a diverse and forward-thinking Home Support team who provides exceptional home support services to the tri-counties area of Oxford, Elgin, and Norfolk

**As a Program & Services Planner you will**:

- Through the provision of a positive and professional image you will assist with the administration, scheduling, delivery, and follow up of programs including in-person and online group exercise and Fall Prevention classes, in-home exercise programs, pickleball, urban poling and walking classes, as well as provide support as needed to other service areas such as Meals on Wheels, transportation and foot care.
- Provide administrative support to the Support Services Manager. (i.e. client intakes, scheduling, follow-up calls, data entry, etc.)
- Assist in determining, developing, marketing, implementing, and evaluating new program and services.
- Provide appropriate brochures, pamphlets, informational resources and follow through on inquiries from interested groups/persons, ensuring client’s physical, social, and emotional needs are met through exceptional service delivery.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and family members to assess client’s needs, encourage participation and evaluate results.
- Maintain records of client care and progress and address client concerns in a professional manner that maintains a high level of client satisfaction referring unresolved issues to the Direct Supervisor.
- Provide other services and activities dependent upon organizational needs and employee areas of expertise.
- Perform other duties, roles and responsibilities as needed or as position evolves.

**What you bring**:

- Diploma or Degree in a related field (Kinesiology, Recreation & Leisure Studies, Health Promotion, Sport & Fitness Administration, etc.) or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of direct work experience in the health and fitness field
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and access to a reliable insured vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer service delivery
- Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving/decision making skills
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Physical fitness level capable of delivering health and wellness programs
