**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products, including ductwork, fittings, and custom pieces.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and local building codes.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with existing sheet metal systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker or in a related field.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to metal fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
