Intermediate Level IT Support Technician

Helio Technology Solutions is seeking an Intermediate Level IT Support Technician based out of our Cambridge Ontario location

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support both remotely and onsite to customers across Kitchener Waterloo and Cambridge
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Resolve LAN, WAN and VPN problems
- Install and configure systems remotely and onsite
- Manage and report on customer services
- Software support across a variety of platforms

Skills Required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks
- Multitasking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s license

Qualifications and Experience
- 3 years plus experience in an MSP environment
- Must be able to legally work in Canada and provide a criminal records check
- Azure and MS 365 is a plus but training will be provided
- Professional IT certification are strongly encouraged

Pay: $25.00-$37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
