We are looking for an Experienced Service/Parts Advisor who can plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Service Department. Resolve issues and implement policies to attain Service Sales Goal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone
- Respond to questions and requests about what parts or services needed
- ensure parts are available or ordered promptly
- Return Parts and making sure that it's taken out from the inventory and a refund is received
- Track Parts Inventory, Shop Supplies and input items into the PBS System to ensure accurate counts
- Develop repair estimates by ordering and taking the cost of parts, shop supplies, and labour into consideration
- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
- Prepare work orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms and closes work orders when transaction is done, paid or charged.
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
- Supervises and Manages Service and Detail Shop.

- Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills to perform their job successfully
- Patience to cope with different customers’ personalities
- Decision-making skills
- Analytical thinking
- Proficiency with PBS software
- Coachable, open to new ideas, and adapts to change
- A Team Player and easy to get along with co-workers

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Safe driving history
- Criminal Record Check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
