About Us

Poise Studios is a Pilates-forward wellness space offering reformer and mat Pilates, yoga, and curated events in a thoughtfully designed environment. We’re known for our community-focused, high-energy classes and gallery-inspired, mínimalist studio aesthetic. As we grow, we're seeking a dedicated **Studio Facilitator** to support our daily operations and help elevate the client experience.

Job Summary

As a Studio Facilitator, you’ll be at the heart of the studio’s daily rhythm—ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping the energy warm, professional, and welcoming. You’ll manage bookings, support instructors, maintain the ambiance, and help foster our strong sense of community. This is an ideal role for someone organized, friendly, tech-savvy, and passionate about wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain studio cleanliness (laundry, tidying between classes, restocking supplies)
- Operate and manage scheduling via Mindbody software
- Greet and assist clients before and after classes
- Support marketing efforts (social media, promotions, local outreach)
- Offer creative input to grow studio visibility and client retention
- Assist with event and workshop setup and coordination
- Provide administrative support to the studio team and instructors

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Mindbody or similar booking systems (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multitask
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or Pilates is a strong asset
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends)

Compensation & Perks
- $18-$22/hour, based on experience
