As the Information Technology Manager, you’ll work closely with the CFO to determine the budget and overall strategic plan for the IT needs of the business. You’ll also coordinate with external vendors and partners to fulfill the IT requirements and front-line IT support, equipment, and information security.

**Job Description**:
**Major responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day IT and system interactions with operational and finance departments**:

- Proactively manage day-to-day IT-related systems and processes to troubleshoot and escalate cases where required in a timely manner
- Manages network services including security, user accounts, server configuration, data backup and recovery, disaster recovery planning, and obsolescence planning
- Drive the technical roadmap in alignment with A & A's business strategies, priorities, and growth plans
- Manages supplier relationships to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of technology purchases
- Oversee 24x7 day-to-day operations of the technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, manufacturing equipment, databases, and cloud-based data/software
- Recommends a comprehensive and up to date technology infrastructure to support the organization
- Develops and recommends a long-term strategy for information systems to support the company’s strategic objectives
- Implementation of new technologies as agreed to in the corporate planning process which includes systems migration, deployment, and training for staff

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a senior IT role
- Experience leading the needs assessment, design & implementation of new technology platforms
- Familiarity with typical practices related to: contract negotiation, contractor management, space planning, process management general building maintenance, and office management
- Demonstrates technical support experience in a diverse computing environment, and an ability to work with people with a wide range of technical backgrounds
- Ability to develop cooperative relationships and work effectively with senior management, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors, subcontractors, etc.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision

Additional Information
This position will be a hybrid role, as you will be required to travel to the office with your own vehicle (no public transport available) on occasion to perform your physical duties as required.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
