**Project Administrator - Construction**
As Construction Project Administrator, you will be a key member of the project team, involved in the full lifecycle of the project. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an all hands-on deck approach to your work are essential to be successful in this role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be involved in the full lifecycle of a project from design and planning, pre-construction, construction, to project close-out
- Maintain up to day communication between all project stakeholders
- Assist project team with document control and ensure critical timelines are met
- Assist the project team with the following:
- Prepare proposal documents and binders for submission
- Organize, prepare, submit, and track all documents for Project Team including tender documents, contracts, purchase orders, shop drawings, RFQ, RFI and change orders
- Obtain and process all submissions
- Prepare and track maintenance manuals
- Schedule, create agendas, and participate in meetings, taking and publishing minutes
- Filing and archiving project documents
- Obtain, organize and process project close-out documents and binders including Operations & Maintenance manuals, warrantee, etc.
- Conduct quality control activities, inspection programs and periodic updating of construction progress records
- Manage risk by proactively gathering and tracking insurance, licensing and safety program requirements for trade contractors and vendors
- Perform administration duties for the safety program
**HARD SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Relevant education with a post-secondary degree or diploma
- 4 years of proven experience in construction project administration
- Understand construction and project management processes and project delivery sequences
- Experience with construction project software
- Advanced computer skills including proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Valid Driver’s License
