Position Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Brand Image and Creative Services to lead the evolution of Canada Goose’s brand identity, helping us solidify our position as a new luxury brand while upholding our high standards of craftsmanship and design. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this dynamic role will be pivotal in bringing the Creative Director’s bold vision to life, while shaping and executing the overall visual identity of the brand. This position requires a true passion for creative excellence, an unwavering focus on delivering captivating content, and a consumer-first mindset.

As the Vice President, you will lead and inspire the internal creative team and external agency partners, ensuring the Canada Goose story resonates across every consumer touchpoint. You will shape global campaigns, create brand-defining visuals, and play a key role in driving our continued growth and innovation. This is your opportunity to influence the look and feel of a globally recognized brand at the intersection of luxury, performance, and style.

***About the Role**:
**Strategic Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- In partnership with the Creative Director, define and execute a compelling creative strategy that aligns with business goals and reflects the core values of Canada Goose.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Channel, and Product Design, to translate strategic objectives into impactful brand image initiatives.Champion creativity, ensuring brand image initiatives are consistent, relevant, and engaging across every consumer interaction.

**Brand Image Development**:

- Lead the development and execution of brand image standards that communicate our brand’s essence, craftsmanship, and unique narrative.
- Oversee the creation of compelling visual content, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand image across all touchpoints.Drive excellence in brand image delivery, elevating consumer perceptions and building brand equity globally.

**Brand Creative**:

- Provide strategic direction to the Creative Director, translating visionary concepts into compelling visual narratives that elevate the Canada Goose brand.
- Serve as the bridge between the brand vision and creative execution, ensuring synergy between internal teams and external partners.Set the standard for creative excellence, driving high-impact content for global campaigns, product launches, and DTC initiatives.

**CG Agency & Production**:

- Oversee the operational and creative strategies of Canada Goose’s in-house creative studio, the Expedition Studio, ensuring exceptional creative work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop a world-class internal agency model that balances quality, flexibility, and efficiency while supporting global business needs.Lead the production of eCommerce and commercial photography and video, delivering assets that align with brand standards.

**People Leadership & Talent Development**:

- Build a high-performance creative team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to achieve both individual and team goals.Inspire excellence, fostering a culture of accountability and creative innovation.

**External Partnerships**:

- Select and manage top-tier external creative agencies and production partners, ensuring their work aligns with Canada Goose’s brand image and strategic objectives.Cultivate relationships with external creative talents, driving innovative ideas and delivering premium-quality creative projects.

**Resource Management**:

- Manage the global departmental budget, allocating resources efficiently to support brand image and creative initiatives.Streamline creative workflows and establish best-in-class processes for timely and effective project delivery.

**Inclusion and Diversity**:

- Champion diversity, equity, and sustainability in every aspect of our brand image and creative work, ensuring that these values are reflected in everything we produce.

***About You**:

- 15+ years of experience leading cre
