maxill manufactures and distributes a wide range of infection control, disposables, hygiene and dental preventative products. maxill has been providing quality products to Dentists, Health Care Institutions, Governments, and many other customer groups since 1987.

**The Location** St. Thomas, Ontario

**Position Summary**

Your role as Customer Service Concierge is simply to make connections with past customers of the company in a bid to have them come back to the company as active customers. We have thousands of records in our customer data base that need to be reached out to.

Your role is straightforward.

This position will;
- Prior to the call, review the account history to see if there are any notes in the CRM as to why this past customer may be not ordering from us currently.
- Contact the customer using a very short, effective and straightforward script as a guideline.
- Be armed with preexisting marketing and sales material that you will forward to your newly updated contact as part of a package to get them back as current customer
- Make an expected high volume of outbound connecting calls per day.

What is not involved in this position;
- Sales quotas or sale numbers.
- Order taking. Some customers may give you orders which fine, but order taking or seeking orders is not a primary mission of this position.

This is an on-site, full-time or part time position.

Qualifications:

- Prior knowledge of marketing strategies and business goals is helpful but not necessary
- Strong verbal communication skills ( phone )
- Basic computer skills. We will train you on our own systems.
- Organization and time management skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback
- Dental experience is helpful

You can see that there are not a lot of specialized qualifications required to be successful in this position. Initiative, motivation and talking skills are the main ones.
