**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform field surveys competently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Read and understand design drawings, maps, and construction drawings.
- Aggressively seek out opportunities to provide survey support as a value-added member of the team.
- Work with, maintain, and manage survey equipment.
- Communicate job status with regular updates to the supervisor outlining current conditions.
- Work with project team supervision to prioritize tasks.
- Conduct all work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and programs.

**Requirements**:

- Must be familiar with field survey equipment and software.
- AutoCAD experience would be an asset.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Possess strong math skills required for survey calculations.
- Post secondary education with a concentration in surveying/engineering.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as in a team environment.
- Bilingualism (English and French), would be an asset;
- Must have a valid drivers’ license;
- Please note that this position may require travel. _
