**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of the store through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries and product selection.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and processing returns.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and assisting with inventory counts.
- Provide technical sales support for specialized products, answering customer questions effectively.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
