**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured and engaging tutoring sessions that align with both BookSmart’s standards and the individual academic goals of each student.
- Provide clear, constructive, and frequent feedback to students to support their academic progress.
- Participate in regular tutor training sessions to stay updated on best practices and enhance your tutoring skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of individual students.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and encouraging learning environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$38.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
