- Utilize computer operation skills to maintain records, prepare reports, and communicate with families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience through shared resources and ideas.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special needs or diverse learning styles.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to operate computers for administrative tasks related to teaching responsibilities.
- Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable.
- A genuine love for working with young children and fostering their growth through creative play and structured activities.
