**Compensation**:
$52,000+ yearly PLUS Bonus Structure DOE

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting CMA groundwork for real estate transactions
- Managing and maintaining CRM for client relationships
- Overseeing the lifecycle of sales and/or purchases
- Communicating with clients effectively
- Following up on leads and showings
- Organizing buyer tours efficiently
- Preparing marketing materials for listings
- Running occasional errands as needed
- Assisting in event planning
- Maintaining office organization and cleanliness

**Qualifications**:

- Must demonstrate the ability to complete detailed work efficiently and accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written communication are essential
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment where no task is considered too big or too small
- Must continuously strive to enhance client experiences and internal processes
- Capable of effectively prioritizing and managing various responsibilities
- Proficiency in a variety of computer programs is required
- Maintain confidentiality when resolving client and team issues
- Must be able to grasp and retain important facts, information, and instructions
- Possess strong organizational and time management abilities
- Hold a valid BC driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
