Then our Product & Growth Marketing Manager role is perfect for what you're looking for In this role you will be responsible for key decision on the ideation, strategy, and evolution of several exciting food retail products
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Contribute to product marketing strategy**: be a key contributor and the voice of marketing on the product strategy team for your projects. Develop value propositions, insights-driven product positioning statements and key messages that will serve as source of truth for internal and external product marketing communications.
- **Bring new products to market**:leverage planning processes to lead cross functional teams through go to marketing planning (creative, media, social, crm, data etc.). Develop comprehensive briefs for internal and external partners. Identify and action process efficiencies.
- **Test & learn to drive product evolution**:work collaboratively with media, product and data teams to set up test and learn opportunities that will deepen our understanding of consumer behaviour to increase engagement. Ensure learnings inform our product roadmaps and drive feature prioritization.
- **Manage internal and external stakeholders**:work with stakeholders across the organization, navigate conflicting opinions with empathy. Use business, brand and product team objectives to prioritize tasks and move work forward.
- **Sell through ideas**:understand your audience and be able to effectively communicate to different stakeholders, with different needs and levels of technical understanding.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, business management, communication, digital media or any relevant course
- 4+ years of work experience in marketing, product marketing or a related field
- Able to navigate ambiguity and multitask in a fast-paced environment - you have a growth mindset and are eager to learn. You are a strong communicator, who can simplify complex topics
- Proven experience bringing new products to market with full funnel launch strategies and tactical gtm plans. Strong ability to lead and influence teams to meet common goals and objectives.
- Proven ability to leverage data and insights to make informed marketing decisions
- Experience working with a range of teams (product, data, insights, strategy, creative)
- A passion for emerging technology. You are on top market trends, and industry leaders who are driving change.
