Collection Agent

Responsible for the collection of past due account balances
- Determine suitable repayment plans based upon the consumers financial situation
- Effectively gather information to readily address disputes or billing errors
- Actively listen to consumers and develop solutions to overcome barriers to payment
- Ensure consumer concerns are addressed in a timely manner and that there is transparency in our processes

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in collections or customer service industry is an asset but not required
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Innate problem solving ability
- Ability to work independently within a well defined structure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
