**Specific Accountabilities**
- Excellent facilitation, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
- Sets priorities and work assignments and has ability to meet established deadlines.
- Able to insulate pipe is an asset.
- Able to braze/solder copper pipe is an asset.
- Able to work with PVC pipe is an asset.
- Experience and ownership of hand tools.
- Experience with power tools.
- Partake in proper clean-ups to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
- Shop hygiene and 5-S program.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Silent-Aire Limited Partnership safety program standards.
- Person of sound demeanor who is willing to work as a team.
- Maintains a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and repair techniques.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Silent-Aire Limited Partnership safety program standards and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and Code.
- Performs other assigned work as required.

**Employee Review**: To fully transition you into a Plumbing Apprentice and to obtain your bluebook, you will need to successfully complete a nine-month probationary period. Additionally, if successful, six months of hours will count as official apprenticeship hours.
