Position Overview: As a Rebuild Technician, you’ll be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling starters and alternators to like-new condition. Customer service, processing sales, and writing invoices are also included in your duties. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical inclination who enjoys working with their hands and addressing electrical and mechanical issues.
**Responsibilities**:
Disassemble, clean, and inspect starter and alternator components.
Diagnose issues and replace worn or faulty parts.
Rebuild units according to industry standards.
Test and verify rebuild quality and performance.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with inventory management for parts and tools.
Write up invoices and process payments.
**Requirements**:
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Ability to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Reliable and self-motivated.
