The main job duties include:

- Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful and positive manner
- Inform customers of regulations
- Manage customer requests and objections
- Maintain knowledge of current products and services, sales and promotions
- Receive and process deliveries
- Organize and maintain stock
- Conduct inventory cycle counts
- Cleaning washrooms and general maintenance duties
- Operate a tow motor (bonus but not required)

**Compensation**
- Listed Hourly Wage is based on total compensation including potential bonuses and staff incentives
- Paid breaks and additional incentives available

**Additional Requirements**
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation (public transportation is not available to HWY 405)
- Able to work longer shifts (10-12 hours)
- Available to work holidays, weekends and summer

**Physical Requirements**
1. Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, necessary to provide sales floor coverage related to customer service and loss prevention
2. Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory re-stock, and store merchandising
3. Continually able to walk up and down staircase, carrying boxes, product, and other necessary store related items
4. Able to push/pull a cart/dolly/flatbed not to exceed the maximum capacity and with clear sight lines above and on both sides
5. Able to regularly perform store maintenance including sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean, clean washrooms and shovel snow as required
6. Able to safely **lift boxes up to 50lbs**

- The store is busiest on weekends (Friday to Sunday), especially U.S. and Canadian holiday weekends and from May to early September. During these periods, you would be expected to work more, and time off (especially several days/weeks) is somewhat limited. How does this line up with your availability?
- The position involves shift work. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours (sometimes 12). Shifts typically start as early as 6am (5am on holidays) and end as late as 11pm. How does this work for you?
