**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Exterior Detailing**:

- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Perform **3-stage polishing** (compounding, polishing, finishing) to restore vehicle paint to a showroom-quality finish.
- Clean and detail wheels, tires, trim, and chrome parts.
- ** Interior Detailing**:

- Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and mats.
- Clean and condition leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces.
- Clean all interior glass and mirrors to ensure streak-free visibility.
- ** Inspection & Finishing**:

- Conduct final quality checks to ensure all detailing work is completed to dealership standards.
- Identify any additional areas for improvement in vehicle appearance and take action accordingly.
- ** Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner when necessary.
- Provide feedback on vehicle conditions to the sales and service departments.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**:

- Previous experience as an auto detailer in a dealership or detailing shop is preferred.
- Experience with ceramic coatings and 3-stage polishing is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's licenses
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of detailing tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- ** Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
