**REPORTS TO**: Marketing Manager / VP of Brand, Creative & Marketing
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE**:Contract (January - September 2026), Part-Time (3 days/week, including weekends)

**THE ROLE**
We’re looking for a **Brand Ambassador (Sampling & Activations)** to be the face of Side Launch in the market. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, thrives in live environments, and understands that great brands are built one conversation at a time.
You’ll represent our portfolio across LCBO samplings, on-premise tastings, festivals, and brand activations — helping consumers connect with our products, our story, and our Built to Launch spirit.
This is a **part-time, contract role**, ideal for those seeking flexible hours while being part of a fast-moving, growing Ontario beverage company.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Execute consumer samplings and brand activations at LCBO stores, bars, events, and pop-ups
- Confidently tell the Side Launch story — from our roots in Collingwood to our Built to Launch brand platform
- Educate consumers on our beer and spirits portfolio, helping them find the right product for their lifestyle
- Drive trial and conversion by getting liquid to lips and inspiring purchase
- Deliver an engaging, welcoming, and professional brand experience every shift
- Gather feedback from consumers and share insights with our internal team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand sampling station
- Build positive relationships with LCBO staff, on-premise partners, and event teams
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Passionate about craft beer, spirits, and Ontario-made products
- A strong communicator who can balance product knowledge with personality
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Energetic and adaptable — able to represent the brand in a variety of environments
- Someone who naturally embodies the Built to Launch mindset: proactive, prepared, and eager to make things happen
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain; reimbursement available if required)
- Access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light equipment
- Previous brand ambassador, sampling, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is an asset
- Genuine enthusiasm for Side Launch products and brand
