PROJECT COORDINATOR

Artha Learning Inc. is an award-winning, full-service learning design firm that specializes at the intersection of technology, instructional design, and learner experience.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who has a keen interest in Project Management. Are you naturally organized with some experience with PM concepts and a good work ethic? This job is for you.. As a Project Coordinator you will support the project manager to manage the delivery of innovative and scalable e-learning projects for various customers. Recent growth with our clients will require you to help implement processes that will positively impact our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Project Manager with the coordination of multiple eLearning phases and activities.
- Acting as a central point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Ensuring delivery of the highest quality solution and customer service.
- Maintaining project plans and schedules.
- Collaborating with the Learning Manager and project team to define the project success and evaluation criteria.
- Ensuring resources are planned in advance and resource schedules are kept up to date..
- Facilitate project meetings. Interface regularly with clients, and other stakeholders.
- Manage timelines to ensure schedules are maintained. Proactively identify any variations and potential risks to the project.
- Prepare and send regular status updates, reports, and briefings to the project team and stakeholders.
- Escalating issues to the project team and senior management with recommended solutions as appropriate.
- Communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables.
- Ensuring approval procedures are followed for the quality of the deliverable.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is produced and maintained for all projects including project plans, reports, meeting notes and project trackers.
- Resolves client problems with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Identify, analyze and communicate project risks.
- Documenting lessons learned and best practices to support the continuous improvement of processes, making recommendations for improvements and changes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Post Secondary degree/diploma
- 2+ years of project coordination experience
- 2+ years of client facing experience
- Knowledge of PMI Standards
- Agile knowledge is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills as well as presentation skills
- Detail oriented, Self-motivated and Proactive
- Ability to work remotely

Full-time, 40 hours per week with availability during EST business hours for meetings.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: Up to $42,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- project coordination: 2 years (preferred)
