**Location**: Greater Hamilton Area

**A Day in the Life at Bayshore**:
You will be supported by your Administrative Team and Leaders who are available to you 24/7. You will be scheduled with clients (home to home or facility care) to provide high-quality and compassionate care in the community with exceptional customer service. Some tasks can include personal care and activities of daily living. Homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.

- **Competitive pay**:$23.70 per hour paid on a bi-weekly basis.
- **Stipend**: $2 in-between client visits for home to home/community care
- **Shift premium**: 0.75 cent for hours worked starting from 3.00pm
- **RRSP**: Eligible to join after 3 months’ probation. Bayshore contributes an equivalent of 1% of total gross earnings towards retirement.
- **Extended Health Benefits**: After 3 months’ probation, both PT and FT employees can enroll in our Group Benefits Plan for self and dependents if applicable.

Job Qualification

**Who You Are**
- You hold an accredited CHW Diploma or equivalent education and experience (International Nursing Degree is welcome).
- You have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and willing to drive from client to client.
- You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one.
- Strong desire to help improve the lives of those in the community.
- Dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients.
