We are seeking an experienced individual to compliment and support our Roll-off Dispatch Team in the co-ordination and management of our Drivers who deliver residential, industrial and commercial bins to our clients.
- **THE POSITION**_
- **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**_

As Support to the Roll-off Dispatch Team, you play a crucial role in assisting with the following, that includes, but is not limited to:

- Coordinate and distribute daily bin delivery/route assignments to Drivers according to planned schedules.
- Utilize transportation management systems to track and monitor driver and route assignments.
- Communicate instructions and updates to the Drivers for efficient delivery to customers.
- Manage and resolve any delivery conflicts or issues as they arise.
- Using scheduling and transportation software, enter data accurately in system for planning, record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Respond to customer service requests in an effective, professional and timely manner.
- Manage time-sensitive tasks to ensure efficiency of daily schedule.
- Monitory delivery progress and address any delays or disruptions proactively.
- Assist with daily bin delivery/route assignment planning.
- Perform other as required tasks.
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**_
- A minimum of 3 years current and demonstrated dispatching experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Geotab and/or TRUX software considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills/attention to detail to assess transportation needs and make informed decisions
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Must be reliable with daily attendance, punctuality and alternating Saturdays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to take on other duties as required
